The cleaning services were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how they were ready to clean my room in the morning when I went out to explore the city. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being close to the main station and easily accessible for exploring Hamburg. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food, although it would have been nice to have more beverage options like cappuccinos. I had a positive experience and would recommend Novum Hotel for a decent and affordable stay in Hamburg.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices for a stay in the nice St. George neighborhood. It is conveniently located near the beautiful Aussenalster lake and within an easy walk of the main railway station. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in good condition. The rooms have beautiful views of the old part of town and the beds are very comfortable. The included breakfast offers a delicious scrambled egg option.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with the hotel being very close to the main railway station and within walking distance to the city center. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily access transportation. the hotel was surrounded by a great selection of local restaurants, offering us plenty of dining options.

I recently stayed at a small hotel located right next to the main train station. The location was perfect for me as I had limited time in the city and wanted to be close to transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and quality options. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.
The decor in the corridors was a bit old-fashioned, but it didn't affect the overall experience.
